This is the view out of my office window right now as I sit to write this and WORK. Despite my "sunny disposition" ;), the winter poses a challenge for me with the absence of sunlight here in Northeast Ohio, so I have to create my own. It is a light box and it really does help me fight (a little) the urge to hibernate. If we don't get enough light during the day, it can affect our sleep, which starts to effect us during the day and creates a cycle I would like to avoid. I am posting this in case any of you feel the same way, you should consider looking into it too. These light boxes can be ordered on Amazon and come in many different designs (much cooler than mine) and you could even get a desk lamp. Look under SAD (Season Affect Disorder) light boxes. Shine ON!
